Reference complexes
- 1st column: complex name
Note:
- A complex name starts with 'MP_' comes from MIPS, and is followed by the MIPS category number.
- A complex name starts with 'SG_' comes from SGD, and is followed by the SGD category number.
- A complex name starts with 'CC_', 'SN_', or 'KG_' is hand curated.
- A complex name starts with 'merged:' is merged from complexes in several different sources, whose names are listed.
- 2nd column: protein in the complex (ORF name)
List of proteins used in our study
Predicted complex and its essential proteins
- 1st column: complex ID
- 2nd column: protein in the complex (ORF name)
- 3rd column: protein in the complex (gene name)
- 4th column: essential protein or not (0: non-essential. 1: essential)
Matching between predicted and reference complexes
- 1st column: Hamming distance
- 2nd column: Jaccard coefficient
- 3rd column: predicted complex
- 4th column: reference complex
- 5th column: size of overlap between predicted and reference complexes
- 6th column: size of predicted complex
- 7th column: size of reference complex
Essential proteins in a predicted complexes
- 1st column: predicted complex ID
- 2nd column: size of the predicted complex
- 3rd column: number of essential proteins in the complex
- 4th column: proportion of essential proteins in the complex
- 5th column: the reference complex that matches the best (N/A if none matched)
S-scores in the kinase (signaling) EMAP for the OCA genes
